A grey gloomy day is always better with friends. Our friends are such good sports, they didn't mind the minefield of to-be-scooped dog poo in our backyard. Sorry again, friends!
I can remember being a kid, playing while the adults sat and visited. Now that I am the adult sitting, drinking tea and chatting, I don't feel like an adult--or at least, being an adult doesn't feel like I thought it would.
My Dad always said he was whatever age he was, "going on 16." I think my forever-age is twelve.
